Kathy Rae Huffman (US) is a freelance curator and networker based in Berlin. Her recent curatorial projects are Exchange and Evolution: Worldwide Video Long Beach 1974–1999 for the Long Beach Museum of Art, International Curator for ISEA2009–Belfast and curator for Transitland: Video Art from Central and Eastern Europe 1980–2009. Huffman is co-founder of the online community FACES: gender, technology, art. She received an MFA in Exhibition Design and a postgraduate certificate in Museum Studies from California State University Long Beach in 1980. She has written about, consulted for, and coordinated events for numerous international festivals and organisations
